Pretty much slipping a stitch purlwise with yarn in front is done the same way as slipping a stitch purlwise with yarn in back. The only difference is you have your yarn hanging in the front just like it would be if you were going to purl the stitch.
For this I am using Lionbrand Cotton-Ease and US size 8 needles.
Step 1
Move yarn in front as if you were going to purl the stitch.
Step 2
Place the LH needle from back to front thorough the next stitch on the RH needle as if you were going to purl it.
Step 3
Transfer stitch from RH needle to LH needle. You have now slipped a stitch purlwise with yarn in front. That wasn't so bad was it?
